TERMS OF USE – HIPERKUPA APPLICATION

By using the Hiperkupa application, the user agrees to the following terms:

1. Purpose
Hiperkupa is a digital platform that connects users to partner establishments (hypermarkets, stores, and restaurants) to place online orders with home delivery.

2. Registration

The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders placed become binding once confirmed in the app.

Prices and delivery conditions are defined by the partner establishment.

Payments may be made through the methods available in the app (e.g., POS, Digital Payment).

4. Delivery

Deliveries are carried out within the serviced zones and within the informed timeframe.

The user must ensure that someone is available to receive the order.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched.

Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used.

6. Privacy

User data will be used solely for the operational purposes of the platform, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Responsibilities

Hiperkupa is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or third-party failures.

Any complaints regarding products must be directed to the partner responsible for the sale.

8. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the new conditions.
