Your privacy is a priority for us. This Privacy Policy explains how the Hiperkupa application (“we,” “our,” or “Hiperkupa”) collects, uses, shares, and protects users' information in connection with our delivery service.

  • Payment information: details provided during the payment process (we do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by secure partners only).

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion (Exclusão de Conta)

You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

How to Request Account and Data Deletion

Hiperkupa allows users to easily delete their account and all associated personal history through both in-app features and external support requests:

Option 1: In-App Deletion
Go to the “Profile” section located in the app's main menu. Within the profile, find the “Delete account” button, identified by a person icon with an “x” on a light pink background, located below the “Notification” and “Change password” options. By clicking this button, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed, without the need for additional intervention or approval.

Option 2: External Web Request (Email & Phone)
If you prefer, or if you cannot access the application, you can initiate a permanent account and data deletion request outside the app. Simply contact our support channels listed below providing your account details (Name, Email and/or Phone Number registered). Once received, our team will permanently delete your account and all associated user data within 48 hours.
